By adding or using the CS Computers Discord bot ("the Bot") in your Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

#### 2. Bot Purpose

The Bot provides automated functionality including, but not limited to:

* Monitoring eBay listings and sending them to designated channels
* Supporting server-specific configurations and premium features

#### 3. Usage Rules

You agree not to:

* Abuse the Bot for spam or harassment
* Use the Bot in violation of Discord’s Terms of Service
* Reverse-engineer or attempt to replicate the Bot’s functionality without permission

We reserve the right to blacklist or restrict use of the Bot in any server that violates these terms.

#### 4. Premium Features

Premium subscriptions may be offered on a per-server basis. These are handled manually or via Tide payment links. We reserve the right to update, limit, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

#### 5. Data & Privacy

All data usage is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store personal user data, and only retain minimal server-based settings necessary for functionality.

#### 6. Termination

We reserve the right to:

* Remove access to the Bot at any time for misuse or abuse
* Delete stored data related to your server if the bot is removed
