This Privacy Policy explains how CS Computers Ltd ("we", "our", or "us") collects, stores, and uses information when you use our Discord bot.

We only collect and store the following:

* **Server IDs** – to remember which servers have the bot installed and what features they use.
* **Bot-related configuration data** – e.g., which roles have access to features, and premium listing settings.

We do **not** collect or store:

* Personal user information
* Message content
* Direct messages

We use the data solely to:

* Enable the bot’s core functionality
* Deliver alerts and automated messages
* Manage premium subscriptions or role-based access (if applicable)

All data is stored locally on the machine running the bot. We take reasonable steps to secure this data and limit access to authorized personnel only.

#### 5. Data Retention

We retain server-specific data for as long as the bot remains active in your Discord server. If the bot is removed, all associated data is deleted automatically within 30 days.

If you wish to remove your server's data manually, you can:
